First and foremost, I am thankful for a loving and generous God. I have a great many things to be thankful for, but I know without Him, I would have a much shorter list.
I’m thankful for my beautiful wife, Macey. She is my other half and I would not be where I am today without her. She’s been supportive of all my ambitions and puts up with me every day. I’m certainly thankful for that, even though it costs me a “Yes, dear” every now and then.
I’m thankful for the rest of my family, all my aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and grandparents, but most especially my mom and two sisters. My mom is the greatest woman I’ve ever known. She’s an amazing person and role model. Because of my two sisters, I’m more patient and I learned how to be a great role model myself.
I’m thankful for my two dogs, Odin (the black lab) and Freya (the GSD). Like Bri mentioned, there’s not much like the unconditional love you receive from your dogs and the way they greet you at the door every single day. There’s not a day that goes by that one of these goofballs doesn’t make us laugh.
I’m thankful for my work family at Heritage Wealth Management. The folks here have welcomed me with open arms and brought me straight into the family. I’m also thankful to be serving our families. It is (literally) because of our families that I go to work every day, and it has always been my goal to give back to the community using the gifts and talents that God has given me.
Last, but certainly not least, I’m thankful for the most recent gift our family has received, a healthy pregnancy! We are expecting a baby girl in April and could not be more excited! I’m most excited to be becoming a father, but to also share all these things I am thankful for with her.
