Brett S. Carleton, CFP®, CHFC
Mr. Carleton is a founding partner of Heritage Wealth Management, an independent financial planning firm that provides comprehensive financial planning and asset management. Our fundamental philosophy is one of strong commitment to the process of financial planning to help families in today’s complex world. We provide a level of highly personalized and dedicated attention to those served by the firm. Heritage Wealth Management’s client base includes high net worth individuals within many industries such as oil and gas, healthcare, and legal services. We help these individuals plan for, begin, and progress through the retirement process, as well as transition between jobs prior to retirement.
Brett is a graduate of Texas Lutheran University, with a B.A. in Business Management and Marketing. He began working in the financial services industry in 1989, at Lutheran Brotherhood Securities Corp. He is a Certified Financial Planner™, a designation granted by the CFP® Board of Standards in Denver, CO, and a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), a designation granted by the American College of Bryn Mawr, PA. He is also a member of the Financial Planning Association. He is the chair of the Texas Lutheran University Corporation Board, Presidents Associates, and the O.G. Beck Society. Brett is also a member of the President’s Council of Upbring and is now a board member.
Mr. Carleton lives in Sugar Land, Texas with his wife, Laura, and has three daughters.
